What You Need to Know
Put the spotlight on your innovations! From September 15, 2025, until November 2, 2025, you can enter your innovative products in the i-NOVO Awards. Below, you will find everything you need to know about the awards and how to enter.
Our experts will finalize the shortlist of competing innovative products, which will be revealed on November 25, 2025. Public voting to determine the top three winners will open on January 6, 2026.
Who can participate?
All companies and brands listed on VirtualExpo’s marketplaces are eligible to join.
Products already listed on a VirtualExpo marketplace must be recognized and labeled as an “Innovative Product” by our content management experts.
New products submitted through the submission form must be evaluated and validated by our team of experts to be eligible.
Brands and companies may submit up to two products per marketplace. The same product may compete for awards in one or more VirtualExpo marketplaces.

How can I participate?
If your product is already listed on a VirtualExpo marketplace and labeled as an “Innovative Product”, you will be notified by email. You must reply to this email and confirm your participation in order for your product to be included in the competition.
If you have a new product to submit that is not yet available on a VirtualExpo marketplace, please fill out our submission form.
There are no participation fees.
Entries must be submitted and received by midnight GMT+1 on November 2, 2025. After this date, all new or incomplete entries will not be considered.
