ARTICLE 2: i-NOVO AWARDS GOALS

The i-NOVO Awards reward the products judged to be the year’s most innovative in three categories: design, ecology and technology.
⦁ i-NOVO Design, for the most original love-at-first-sight products, unique models combining form and function
⦁ i-NOVO Eco, celebrating sustainable design from fabrication to application
⦁ i-NOVO Tech, recognizing the innovative use of technology

ARTICLE 3: i-NOVO AWARDS CHARACTERISTICS – ALLOCATION – TROPHY PRESENTATION

Originally organized on the occasion of a specialized professional trade show, the i-NOVO Awards are now just one event, 100% web, which will take place this year in November.

Each VirtualExpo Group brand offers its own Awards in its activity sector.

Each i-NOVO Award consists of a trophy and visibility offered to each winner by VirtualExpo:

⦁ i-NOVO Winner vignette on the brand’s site
⦁ banner on the home page of the brand’s site for two weeks
⦁ winner’s name in the dedicated emailing presenting the winning i-NOVO Awards products for each brand
⦁ coverage on the social networks of the brand in question
⦁ mention in one of the VirtualExpo Group’s e-magazines

Each category winner receives a trophy, which will be sent by mail once the votes have been counted.

These prizes cannot be obtained for financial consideration or in exchange for any object or service.

ARTICLE 4: PARTICPATION CONDITIONS

For each VirtualExpo Group brand, eligible products are all those recognized as innovative by our content experts during the past 12 months. They are denoted by an i-NOVO DESIGN, ECO or TECH label.

Participation does not require a natural or legal person to apply if such person already has innovative products on one of the VirtualExpo Group sites.

⦁ Any natural or legal person may participate in the i-NOVO Awards contest, but may enter only one product per category.
⦁ A product CANNOT be eligible in more than ONE category.
⦁ A manufacturer can enter several products provided that each is in a different category.

In order to submit a new innovative product to the i-NOVO Awards of one of the Group’s sites, the natural or legal person must present a product not yet displayed on the site in question and, as a result, has not been evaluated by the content experts.
If such is the case, said person may:

⦁ go to the www.i-novo-awards.com site
⦁ send the elements via the https://virtualexpo.wetransfer.com/ wetransfer account
⦁ send an email to inovo@virtual-expo.com

A product can be considered for the i-NOVO Awards on one or several of the Group’s sites if the content experts deem it suitable.

No charge is levied for participating in the i-NOVO Awards contest.

However, submitted products must meet the several criteria listed below.

Eligibility Criteria

VirtualExpo reserves the right to modify, advance or alter by amendment the closing date for i-NOVO Awards 2017 candidacy at any time.

ARTICLE 5: NOMINATIONS – VOTING BY PROFESSIONALS

Eligibility of products for one of the categories is at the discretion of our panel of in-house experts (content expert engineers, architects, etc., as a function of the VirtualExpo Group brand in question).

VirtualExpo reserves the right to cancel one of the three Awards categories in the absence of a minimum of 10 participants at the time of pre-selection by the content experts.

Beginning in mid-June, VirtualExpo content experts select the most innovative products from among the new products displayed on the VirtualExpo Group sites during the past 12 months. They are denoted by an i-NOVO DESIGN, ECO or TECH label.
At the end of September, they will announce their choice of the most innovative products in each Award category for each Group brand. Companies whose products are nominated for the 2017 Awards are notified by email.
Any company not wishing to participate in the 2017 Awards contest despite its selection must notify us by email within seven days. After that period, it will be considered a participant.

The selection is then submitted to a vote by a jury of professionals hand-picked from among the outstanding names referenced on each Group site. They choose the finalists in each Awards category for each Group brand.

ARTICLE 6: PUBLIC VOTE

The winner of each i-NOVO Award will be decided by a vote of the public.

Voting takes place on the i-NOVO site.

Restrictions:
⦁ It is not possible to vote several times for the same product (IP address recognition).
⦁ Each person may vote for several products in the same category.
⦁ Each person may vote in one, two or three categories.

VirtualExpo reserves the right to modify, advance or alter by amendment the opening and closing dates for voting at any time.

ARTICLE 7: SELECTION OF WINNERS

In each category, the winner is the product with the most votes.
